Cancellation Policies

 • Cancellations up to 21 calendar days prior to the experience receive a 100% voucher on the total initial payment.

• Cancellations up to 15 calendar days prior to the experience receive a 70% voucher on the total initial payment.

• Cancellations up to 10 calendar days prior to the experience receive a 50% voucher on the total initial payment.

• Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the experience receive a 25% voucher on the total of the initial payment.

• Any cancellation after the 48 hours prior to the experience will lose the total value initial.

 

COVID-19 policy. If any participant is forced to cancel due to COVID-19, it will be necessary to send the positive laboratory test to the COoL DADS team within 48 hours after the cancellation notice. In these cases:

• Up to 10 calendar days prior to the experience, a 100% voucher will be issued on the total amount of the initial payment.

 • Up to 5 calendar days prior to the experience, a 50% voucher will be issued on the total amount of the initial payment.

 

In all cases, the vouchers must be used within a period of no more than 6 months after the cancellation date.  The vouchers can be exchanged for any experience in our store. In case of choosing an experience of lesser value, the remaining amount will remain valid until the end of 6 months. In case of choosing an experience with a higher value, the client must fill in the price difference.
